Welcome to DYNTRIXA. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at dyntrixa.com (the "Site"). DYNTRIXA is an operating name of NateAnalytics Solutions Inc., a Canadian federal corporation.

You may view and download materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
3. Products and Services
The Site provides general information about DYNTRIXA products and services. Use of any specific DYNTRIXA product (AgriIntel, CannaIQ, ColdGuard Pro, or others) is governed by separate terms of service and a customer agreement applicable to that product. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or agreement to provide services until a separate written agreement is executed.
4. Submissions and Inquiries
When you submit information through the contact form or other communication channels, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate and you are authorized to provide it
- You are not submitting confidential third-party information without authorization
- You grant us permission to use the information as described in our Privacy Policy
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
